Drain pickles and pat dry with a paper towel. One at a time, dredge spears through egg wash (shaking off any excess) followed by the almond flour mixture until each spear is evenly coated. Set breaded pickles on a plate.
Spray the preheated air fryer basket with cooking spray. Spray the breaded pickle spears with cooking spray until visibly saturated. Working in batches if necessary, air fry pickles in a single-layer for 10 to 12 minutes or until the breading is crispy, crunchy and golden brown. Serve with your favorite ranch dressing for dipping and ENJOY! :)
Notes
No air fryer? No worries. To make fried pickles in the oven, simply follow the air fryer instructions except bake the pickle spears on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet at 400 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes.
