Add all wet ingredients to a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes (stirring frequently).
Meanwhile, in a small bowl stir together all dry ingredients until very well-blended.
Add the dry ingredients to the saucepan with the wet ingredients. Continue to heat over medium heat until the sauce is smooth and well-blended (8 to 10 minutes).
Store in an airtight containter until ready to use. Use as a sauce for grilled meats, a dipping sauce for meats and veggies or a simmer sauce.
