Whole30 Air Fryer "Roasted" Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 russet potatoes large
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Montreal steak seasoning

Instructions

  • Wash the potatoes thoroughly and pat dry.
  • Quarter than halve the potatoes (cut each potato into 8 equal pieces).
  • In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with EVOO and Montreal steak seasoning until evenly coated.
  • Place the potatoes into the air fryer basket and "air fry" at 360 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes, remove the basket from the air fryer and give the potatoes a quick toss.
  • Return to the air fryer for another 10 minutes at 360 degrees to finish.
  • Enjoy as a breakfast, lunch or dinner side dish!
